Led the companywide Meta Account content changes program to roll out content design updates for the largest consumer account system in the world.

  • Published company-level content and implementation guidance to facilitate the highly complex cross-app and cross-regional program to migrate all Meta users to Meta Accounts.

  • Reviewed audits to assess volume, challenges, and overall program risk. Identified and drove solutions to mitigate risk, including creating formal v-teams to facilitate cross-org collaboration.

  • Drove cross-functional alignment on prioritization and process of updating 18,000 strings across Meta products, focusing on high-impact surfaces and aligning with company-wide rollout plans.

  • Aligned program milestones to Meta Account rollout phases and highlighted critical dependencies for April and August 2026 launches.

  • Piloted AI tooling for content review and translation quality assessment, collaborated with engineering on AI agent development and explored innovative approaches to content management.

Drove content strategy for Meta Business Suite 2.0, a unified platform giving millions of SMBs a single command center that consolidated the fragmented SMB growth stack into one coherent product.
